Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

• Legal School (referred to as "Legal School", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Legal School, a Sole Proprietorship, Proprietor: Gulshan Kumar, Address: Vill + PO Jalalpur, PS Warisaliganj, DIST Nawada, Bihar 805130, MSME Reg: UDYAM-BR-25-0033333. Legal School is a Sole Proprietorship concern and not a Company, LLP or Pvt Ltd.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Terms and Conditions means these Terms that form the entire agreement between You and Legal School regarding use of Service.
• Third-Party Social Media Service means any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed by the Service.

• You means individual accessing or using the Service.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing use of this Service and agreement between You and Legal School. Your access and use is conditioned on Your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over 18. Legal School does not permit those under 18 to use Service.

Intellectual Property & Content Protection

Entire content, design, text, graphics, logo, code, database, articles, internship descriptions is owned exclusively by Legal School. All rights reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, crawl or distribute any content without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized copying is strictly prohibited and protected under Copyright Act, 1957 Sec 13,14,51 and punishable under Sec 63, 63A (3 years + Rs. 2 Lakhs).
• Brand identity protected under Trade Marks Act, 1999 Sec 29 and 103.
• Unauthorized access, hacking, data theft punishable under IT Act, 2000 Sec 43 (upto Rs. 1 Crore), Sec 66 (3 years), Sec 66B, 66C, 66D.
• Cheating, criminal breach of trust will attract BNS, 2023 Sec 316, 318.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice, if You breach these Terms, attempt to copy content, bypass security, or engage in scraping/hacking.

Upon termination, Your right to use Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages You might incur, entire liability of Legal School shall be limited to amount actually paid by You or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything.

To maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Legal School shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential damages whatsoever.

Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Legal School disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, title and non-infringement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Nawada, Bihar, India.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision is held unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed to accomplish objectives to greatest extent possible under Indian law and remaining provisions continue.

Waiver

Failure to exercise a right or require performance shall not affect ability to exercise thereafter nor waiver of breach constitute waiver of subsequent breach.

Translation Interpretation

Original English text shall prevail in case of dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve right at sole discretion to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice.

By continuing to access Service after revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by revised terms.
