The Journal of Intellectual Property Laws (JIPL), ISSN 2455-0361, is an academic initiative of the Centre for Intellectual Property Rights, Institute of Law, Nirma University. Volume X invites original and unpublished submissions on the theme “Intellectual Property Rights in the Digital Economy: Data Protection, Cybersecurity, and Digital Personality in the Age of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence.”

Eligibility Criteria
Academicians, legal professionals, research scholars, and undergraduate, postgraduate, or doctoral students enrolled at a recognised university or institution.
Required Documents
Original unpublished manuscript, 250-word abstract, and five keywords. Follow the prescribed formatting and OSCOLA citation guidelines.
Application Procedure
Submission Categories: Articles (3,000–6,000 words), Essays (2,000–3,000 words), Case Notes/Comments (2,000–2,500 words), and Book Reviews (2,500–3,000 words). Word limits include footnotes but exclude the abstract.
Submission Guidelines: Include a 250-word abstract and five keywords. Use Times New Roman, prescribed font sizes and spacing, and OSCOLA footnote citations. Maximum two authors per submission. Manuscripts must be anonymised and undergo blind peer review. Plagiarism, copyright violations, and AI-generated content may result in rejection.
Submission Procedure: Submit exclusively through the designated Google Form by 30 November 2026, 11:59 PM.
